Health, Wellness, Beauty and Positivity Affirmations

Affirmations are a great tool to use in our daily lives. It's best to say them daily, and to be consistent with our affirmation regime. Our subconscious mind holds many belief systems about ourselves. Some of these belief systems are not true, so it's in our best interest to plant new seeds that can help support us in the best ways possible. I believe strongly in the mind/body connection. We can apply this to our skin as well. When I have clients come in to get their skin treated, they'll usually mention how old they look, or what seems to be wrong with their skin. Little do we know, our thoughts contribute to the appearance of our skin. The more we feed our supporting thoughts, the better our skin texture can be as well. Say these affirmations daily to help support your mind, body, skin and soul.


I am so grateful for my clear, radiant and firm skin texture.

Every day in every way I notice my skin enhancing.

I am a beautiful being.

I am worthy of firm and clear skin.

Positivity circulates through my inner and outer self. I feel alive and vibrant.

I think the thoughts that support health and beauty.

I am healthy on a cell and soul level.

I love myself.

I only put products on my body and skin that are in agreement to my higher self.

I am conscious of the choices I make for my body daily.

Thinking positively is easy for me.

I have noticed my complexion becoming more even tone.

I protect myself in a powerful energy of love and healing.

I clear myself away from the blocks and distractions that do not serve me any longer.

I have a balanced and healthy metabolism.

I engage in self care rituals that best support me.

I have perfect facial symmetry.

I take the time to send love to my body, mind, skin and soul.

I wake up in the morning feeling vibrant and healthy.

I go to sleep at night cocooned in a protective white light blanket. I am safe and comfortable.

My intuition guides me to the right steps that help nourish my health.

I wash my energy in a healing light before I start my day, and before I go to sleep at night.


Say these affirmations every day. Journal your progress and what you notice after 21 days. I recommend saying these affirmations 3-4 times a day, and repeating the affirmations 3-7 times. It may sound repetitive, but it's a great way to create new pathways to new ideas that can better support you.
