Let's face it, we all hate broken out skin. Nothing feels worse then waking up in the morning to unsettled skin. Immediately, our subconscious signals to us feelings of low self worth. Whether we want to admit this or not. Even if your conscious mind has a pretty good handle on your break outs, the subconscious is a whole other story. I can remember in grade 5 when my skin started breaking out. What an ordeal that was. Not only was I tall and skinny, I had these bumps on my skin to make everything that much more awkward. I have had people tell me that I have "ugly duckling syndrome". Apparently it's when you have been "ugly" your whole life, then shape shift your looks into your adult years. (I'll take the compliment, why not, lol).
When my skin started clearing up in junior high, I still felt so much insecurity and low self worth. I couldn't see the beauty looking back at me in the mirror, all I saw was my wounded self. This is not by any means a conceded post talking about how I think I am beautiful, it has taken me my entire life to accept and love myself from my childhood wounds. And I still work very hard on it daily. Lots of counselling, healing and repairing. What I am trying to share is that on a metaphysical level, acne is connected to low self worth. The emotional attachment to acne is the verse "I am not worthy". The subconscious signals to the skin that we are not worthy of clear and beautiful skin. This is repeated like a tape recorder that doesn't know how to turn off.
The only way to turn off this viscous cycle is to tune into the feeling, emotion and act of self love. This is where the repairing process begins. Acne is a dis-ease of the skin, it is true. But there is always a metaphysical root to imbalance, and it usually begins in our early childhood. In order for us to become healed from ailments, not only do we need to do the physical work, but we also need to dive deep into our subconscious where the manifestation begins. Our physical bodies and metaphysical bodies need to be in sync with each other in order to feel harmonized.
Our cells cannot transmute completely until we master the vibration of unconditional self love. Love, can heal many things in our lives. Dr. Emoto proves this in "The Rice Experiment". He told the jar of rice that he loved it for 30 days, and it showed powerful results. He did the same with ignoring the other jar of rice, and expressing his hate for the other. He was showing us in this experiment the power that emotion and energy has on our crystalline energy bodies and water molecules. What the vibration of love, hate and ignorance can all do to us.
I hope that you can understand if you are struggling with acne, that it is deeper than the skin. After specializing in problematic conditions for ongoing 15 years, I have seen and witnessed with my own eyes the transformations my clients go through by applying science with spirit. When you work with me, not only are you working with someone who KNOWS what it feels like to be in your shoes, but also someone who continues to educate and work hard towards this area of expertise.
Are you ready to shift your skin into the vibration of love?
I love you. I love you very much. You are worthy of self love. I hope you understand that deeply today.
Love, Lindsay
