You are Worthy

Why is it that on the deepest subconscious levels we may believe that we are not worthy of experiencing amazing miracles and blessings? Is it because we were taught at a young age that we were not to have these experiences? Or does it go deeper than that? Maybe it has to do with our feminine energy being closed off to receiving. Maybe we are givers and we have problems with receiving because it doesn't feel natural to receive. It feels more natural to give because that gives us a sense of self worth. This is especially true for highly sensitive empaths. Does this resonate with you?

Highly sensitive empaths are always looking for ways to fill up the cups of those around them. They thrive off of lifting others up. They feel whole helping others in their day. But is this where the receptive channels can become closed off? When you are of this nature, we feel like we are receiving giving to others. It gives us a sense of purpose and helps us to know we are doing the best we can adding to the lives of those around us. When it's our turn to receive, not always, but often we can say to ourselves that we don't need the offering that is being delivered to us. It's almost as if the ego intervenes on our behalf and puts a halt to receiving the miracle and blessing that is being bestowed upon us.

I know that I personally am working through this layer by layer. It is so easy and organic for me to give. I love giving. I look forward to giving. I am looking forward to the next opportunity that I can give because it gives me a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment. When you are highly sensitive and empathic, we have the ability to dial into what is around us. We can feel others and our environments so deeply. That is why a lot of empaths like myself who are healers, can feel the clients pain in their body before they even open their mouth about their sore shoulder or injury in the knee.

Navigating through these heightened sensory gifts can be tricky especially when it comes to your own personal life and bringing as much balance to your life as you can. It is very easy to put ourselves last, because again, we are looking to fill up the cups of everyone and everything around us. Now, when we slow down and come to our center we can align to the heart's knowledge that whispers "You are worthy". You are worthy of receiving love. You are worthy of receiving healing, You are worthy of experiencing miracles and blessings. You are worthy of abundance and prosperity. You are worthy of good and experiencing good.

By opening up our feminine receptive channels we allow for the masculine giving channels to become harmonized and in sync with the Universe. The Universe works in a balanced state of consciousness. The same consciousness within our DNA strives for the exact same results. So as you awaken in the morning you can set your intentions to opening up your receptive channels to receive. That you are more than willing to open up these channels in the deepest energetic ways possible. This life is not all about struggle and challenges. It's a blend of energies. Without dark there is no light. Without cold there is no hot. Without black there is no white.

So dear soul, I hope this is a gentle reminder for you to slow down and dial into your beautiful heart chakra and open it up. Open it up to the affirmation that you are worthy. Do this for a week.
