Contacting Me Directly Through My Website

Hello everyone! I just wanted to make a quick post as this has happened a few times and I want to prevent it from happening again. If you contact me on my chat and you do not fill out your contact information, all of the information gets lost and I am unable to respond to you, It's almost like it gets lost in the world wide web.
