Ho'oponopono Prayer

Ever feel like someone did you wrong, and at this moment you could feel your blood boil just thinking about them? In this Earthly experience, we have the joy of experiencing all sorts of people, situations and circumstances. With that comes emotions and energy. It can be a lot, especially if you are a sensitive empath. The thing is, is that everyone plays a role in this matrix. If we didn't have duality, the forces of yin and yang would be imbalanced. Our planet would crumble and fall if we did not have both forces. It can be difficult holding onto anger, hatred and negativity, especially when it is not for our greatest and highest of good.

The cool thing about forgiveness, is that when you do it from a heart centered place and with complete humility, you can transmute the energy between you and that person or experience. The Universe responds to vibration, when you manifest from the heart center with true conviction it can cause miracles (even upon your so called enemies). Why would you want miracles to happen for your enemies? Well dear friend, we are all connected to all that is. You can imagine Source being the tree, and each and every single one of us extending out from this tree like roots. When you project your poison to your enemy, it's like putting that same poison into your coffee and drinking it, yummy!

It is quite amazing how deeply energy and emotions can affect our physical health. So, if you are thinking of someone (or a few people), where you have this emotion overcome you of heaviness, negativity, and so forth, it's time for you to practice Ho'oponopono. So where did I first learn this prayer? In 2015, I took my training in Ancient Traditional Shamanism. I lived as a Shaman for a whole year, devoted my life to God, my community, and to healing. It taught me a lot about myself. This practice really spoke out to me. It seemed like a very sage like thing to do. Even better? It can be practiced by anyone at anytime as many times as you wish.

It originates from Hawaii, as it being a very traditional practice towards forgiveness and reconciliation. It goes as so: 1) I'm sorry. 2) Please forgive me. 3) Thank you. 4) I love you. It is good to repeat this as many times as needed either in your head or out loud. Feel it in your heart and project it out to the person and/or situation that you feel you need to send this to. Don't feel discouraged if you feel blocked or resentful at first, let the energy do what it needs to do. Now, depending on the situation, will depend on how many times you will need to repeat the practice. Be patient with yourself and try to look at this person or situation through the eyes of God.

I wish you many blessings on your health and wellness journey.

Love, Lindsay
